Tea Bag Misfeeds? Not Anymore!

 The tea manufacturing company produces tea packaged in 2-inch diameter, disc-shaped tea bags. These tea bags are then placed into cans, which are subsequently sealed. During the transition from the sealing machine to the packaging section, there is a possibility that one or more tea bags may become misaligned or flipped out of position. Such misaligned tea bags need to be quickly and efficiently removed to ensure smooth operation and maintain product quality.



To address this issue, the company employs the EXAIR Model 6084, a 2" Aluminum Line Vac. This device is a highly efficient pneumatic conveyor, capable of creating a strong vacuum to remove misaligned tea bags.
