Recently, Toyota Kirloskar Motor Private Limited, Bangalore had a requirement to cool their hot dolly with carries painted body.They contacted us regarding their requirement.They were searching for a product with compressed air which can cool the Dolly with carries painted body and cooling the body within 3 Minutes(from 100 Deg to 40 Deg C).
The Length X Width of the dolly is around 5 Mtr X 0.3 Mtr. So, We suggested them to use 20 numbers Cold Gun ( Model-5030) and 20 numbers Air Amplifiers(Model-120024) mutually to increase the cooling efficiency. The Cold gun and Air amplifier could cool the target simultaneously. After the demo, The client was satisfied with the Exair product and got solution to cool the Dolly which carries painted body.
