Exair Adjustable Spot Cooler cools scientific instruments during manufacturing!

If we compare the melting point of plastic and stainless steel, then up course plastic has low melting point as compared to stainless steel which is a scientific truth.

So at manufacturing industries it would be a tough situation during assembling a stainless steel parts and plastic parts. To speed up the manufacturing process, the manufacturer will have a big headache, how to cool down the stainless steel parts before assembling with any plastic parts.

A scientific instruments manufacturer has the same heat problem during assembling a stainless steel tube and plastic parts. The tube end is flared using heat, then flared end must be cooled quickly to avoid melting the plastic parts. Our principal Exair-USA suggested them the Model 3825 Adjustable Spot Cooler which has provided the solution.

Now I would like to discuss about Exair Adjustable Spot Cooler .

Exair Adjustable Spot Cooler is a low cost, reliable, maintenance free solution to a variety of industrial spot cooling problems. With the turn of a knob, you can select the temperature best suited to your application.

The Adjustable Spot Cooler provides a precise temperature setting from -30°F (-34°C) to room temperature.
The Adjustable Spot Cooler incorporates a vortex tube that converts an ordinary supply of compressed air into cold air.
• It can produce temperatures from -30° to +70°F (-34° to +21°C)
• Parts included for fl ow rates of 15, 25, and 30 SCFM (425, 708 and 850 SLPM). 25 SCFM (708 SLPM) generator is factory installed.
• It can produce refrigeration up to 2,000 Btu/hr. (504 Kcal/hr.)
A swivel magnetic base provides easy mounting and portability. Flexible tubing that holds its position directs the cold air. No moving parts or CFC’s assures maintenance free operation.
